What to expect when you book:
- First we will work together with you to establish a date and time that best suits your party/event.
- We will discuss location and weather conditions on your date to determine what will be most comfortable for your Gamerz. It is sometimes appropriate on hot days to leave the concert stage closed to help control the climate inside the vehicle. However it is all up to you, it’s your experience!
- A Game Master will contact you a few days prior to your event discuss appropriate games, special requests or needs and any other details. If you have a complete list of your guests who will be participating we will pre print Gamerz name tags for them.
- The Game Master will call to confirm these details on the day of your event.
- We will arrive 20 minutes before the start time of your event to set up.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellations at least 7 days prior to your event receive a full refund
- Cancellations within 7 days will be charged $75
- If you do not cancel your party but are not at the address provided, without at least 2 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount.
- You may reschedule your party up to 3 days before for no charge
- There will be no refunds for services performed
- If for any reason, weather, equipment failure etc. we are not able to provide our services, there will be no charge.
